Mr. Meller has more than 30 years of experience of industry issues, both in Germany and in Brussels, including 7 years as the Head of the Brussells office for the Federation of German Industries.

Before coming back to Brussel last year to build up and supervise the Brussels office of EWE Oldenburg as Senior Counselor, Mr. Meller worked 11 years for the German Association of Energy and Water Industries as General Executive Manager. In this capacity, he also acted as Chairman of the Working Group on Climate Change for Eurelectic in Brusells.

Mr Meller, a lawyer by training, has previously also held positions at the International Energy Agency in Paris, as well at the Energy Division of the German Federal Ministry of Economy.
